Erich was raised in Gunnison, son of a Western State Professor. Gunnison, Crested Butte, Western State and the vast outdoors were his 'stomping grounds'. Erich finished his education in Georgia and enjoyed family and friends while working for The Coca-Cola Company. In 2000, the decision to move back to Colorado and enjoy a different quality of life brought Erich back to Gunnison with his wife Beth and two children, Kathryn and Evan. Jay is a life long resident of the Gunnison Valley and has been actively engaged in the business community.
